A much sought after Trainer and parenting expert, Chryl Peterson has conducted more than 300 parenting talks and workshops for up to 20,000 parents, educators, trainers, executives and front line teams and recently appeared as an expert panellist on Channel News Asia TV series ‘How to be a Super Parent’.
From management and recruitment of trainers to program and trainers’ manual development to delivery, Chryl also possesses extensive experience in coaching parents in the key area of managing children with challenges.
Teaching and training has been the core of Chryl’s passion for the past 30 years.
Chryl has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and a Diploma of Associateship in the Teaching of Speech and Drama. She is an accredited trainer in Accelerated Learning and a certified Educational Success Coach and certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a multi-dimensional process that creates an impact to enable people of all ages to reflect deeper within themselves as learners, thus reaching their fullest potential.
Chryl’s expertise is in incorporating neuroscience to develop an understanding of personal growth and how individuals perceive the world through their interactions and experiences.
Her trademark is incorporating Fun in learning and discovering possibilities from within, and making connections from ‘outside the box’ mindsets. Her workshops are always filled with engaging and creative activities to bring out the best in each individual.
Equipped with more than 30 years of teaching experience and 10 years as Managing Director of a successful small business. Chryl has heightened insights in the important aspects of forward planning, team building, nurturing leadership skills and mentoring.
Her key strengths are in the art of communication and interpersonal skills, storytelling, creativity in action, team building, leadership, customer service, supervisory skills, public speaking and inspirational talks and workshops.
A loving mother of two young adult boys, Chryl has an avid interest in researching the neuroscience of parent and child relationship, how to motivate underachievers and the language of math.
A firm believer in the learning journey of Life, Chryl believes in sharing her knowledge and this is reflected dynamically in her energy and passion for educating!
